My Personal Trainers

I've been jogging around Bartlett with the kiddos in the double jogging stroller.  They are an intregal part of my getting into shape, which only seems right since they were an intregal part of my getting out of shape.  Their main training objectives are to provide double toddler and double jogging stroller weight and resistance to my run, to talk my head off the entire run, and most importantly during the sprint/power walk intervals of my jog, to say, "On your mark, get set, GUH!" and then I start booking it like Forrest Gump.  It works out nicely.
